PADLOCK CORP provides exhibition stand design, production, installation and related event services. Each project is subject to a scope, pricing and timeline defined in a separate quotation and agreement.
3. Quotations and Payments
- Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Commencement of production requires a confirmed order and an agreed advance payment.
- All payments are made according to the terms and currency specified in the agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate brand materials, fair information and approvals in a timely manner. Delays caused by the client may affect the delivery timeline and result in additional costs.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, images and logos on this website are owned by or licensed to PADLOCK CORP and may not be reproduced without written permission. Custom design concepts remain the property of the Company until full payment is made.
6. Limitation of Liability
PADLOCK CORP shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from events beyond our control (including force majeure, fair organiser decisions or third-party delays). Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant project.
7. Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Work performed and costs incurred up to the cancellation date will be invoiced. Advance payments are non-refundable once production has begun.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the relevant agreement is signed. Disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "last updated" date.
